Job Summary:

The Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supporting doctors during examinations and procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day clinical or hospital activities. The role includes patient assessment, medication administration, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and recording observations. Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely. Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and surgeries. Maintain patient records and documentation as per hospital/clinic protocols. Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care. Ensure infection control and patient safety at all times. Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently. Participate in health check-up camps, vaccination drives, and community health programs (if applicable). Maintain medical supplies and equipment in good condition. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing (Registered Nurse with State Nursing Council).

Experience:
