Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in assigned departments (Wards/ICU).
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients, ensuring timely and accurate medical interventions.
- Clinical Duties:
- ER: Triage patients based on severity of condition, stabilize critical patients, and prepare them for further treatment or transfer.
- Wards: Conduct routine patient assessments, manage daily care plans, and provide postoperative care.
- ICU: Monitor critically ill patients, manage life-support equipment, and perform advanced nursing procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and post-discharge care.
- Emergency Response:
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing immediate and effective nursing care.
- Participate in resuscitation and stabilization efforts as part of the critical care team.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
