About the Role:

Kefi Home Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Staff Nurse

to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality clinical care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort, safety, and continuity of treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in home settings as per care plans. Administer medications, perform wound dressing, IV infusions, injections, catheter care, and other nursing procedures. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and clinical progress. Coordinate with physicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment. Educate patients and caregivers on medication, nutrition, hygiene, and preventive care. Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and reports. Follow infection control practices and respond promptly to medical emergencies.

Qualifications:

Education:

GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.

License:

Valid registration with Tamil Nadu Nursing Council (or equivalent).

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of clinical or home healthcare experience preferred.

Skills:

Strong patient care and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle medical equipment confidently. Professional, empathetic, and adaptable to different home environments.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel within Chennai. Availability for rotational day and night shifts.
