Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care minister medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are followed Respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively Maintain cleanliness and proper use of medical equipment

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (GNM / B.Sc. Nursing) Valid Nursing Council Registration Proven experience as a Staff Nurse (preferred, not mandatory for freshers) Knowledge of nursing care standards and medical procedures

Skills & Competencies

Clinical and patient-care skills Observation and critical thinking Documentation and record-keeping

Experience Required

0-2 years of experience as a Staff Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting Experience in handling patients independently and working in multidisciplinary teams Practical exposure to medical equipment and hospital protocols

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
