Job Summary

The Staff Nurse at Sirpi Aesthetics will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in the outpatient department (OPD), operation theatre (OT), and during post-operative recovery. The role requires flexibility to support night duties when clinically required and to maintain high standards of patient safety, hygiene, and care.

Key ResponsibilitiesOPD (Outpatient Department) Duties

Assist doctors during OPD consultations and aesthetic procedures Prepare patients for procedures and ensure informed consent is completed Maintain patient records, vitals, and documentation Assist in pre- and post-procedure care Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards in OPD areas
OT (Operation Theatre) Duties

Assist surgeons during aesthetic and cosmetic surgeries Prepare OT, instruments, consumables, and ensure sterility Follow OT protocols, surgical safety checklist, and aseptic techniques Assist in patient positioning, monitoring, and post-operative transfer Coordinate with CSSD for instrument sterilization
Post-operative & Ward Care

Monitor patients during recovery Administer medications as prescribed Educate patients and attenders on post-operative care instructions Maintain accurate nursing notes and reports
Night Duty

Perform night duties when required, based on patient care needs Monitor post-operative patients during night shifts Respond to emergencies and coordinate with doctors when necessary
Work Schedule & Leave

Sunday:

Weekly off

Night Duty:

As and when required Shift timings as per hospital schedule and clinical requirements
Qualifications & Requirements

GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification Valid Nursing Council registration Experience in OT / aesthetic / surgical nursing preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
