Job Description

The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care. This role involves assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients Monitor patient conditions and record vital signs, symptoms, and progress Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during procedures Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are followed Respond promptly to medical emergencies Advocate for patient needs and comfort Maintain professional standards and comply with hospital policies and legal regulation
Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Valid nursing license/registration with the appropriate nursing council Knowledge of nursing procedures, medical equipment, and patient care standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
