Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive bedside care to patients across various departments (depending on the specific assignment).
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and monitoring of medical conditions.
Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous fluids as prescribed by physicians.
Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Assist physicians during rounds and procedures.
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being.
Collaborate effectively with other nurses, doctors, therapists, and healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care.
Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives within the department.
