The

Staff Nurse

is responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor or Ward In-Charge. The role involves direct patient care, medication administration, documentation, and coordination with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety, comfort, and recovery.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing

Registration:

Registered Nurse

Experience:

Fresh graduates may apply (experience preferred in hospital/clinical settings)

Willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including morning, evening, and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care

Provide

comprehensive nursing care

to assigned patients according to physician's orders and nursing protocols. Monitor, record, and report patient health status, vital signs, and clinical observations. Administer

medications and treatments

accurately and on time. Assist in

diagnostic tests, procedures, and sample collection

. Maintain

infection control standards

and ensure a clean and safe environment for patients. Provide

emotional support

and education to patients and their families regarding treatment and recovery. Ensure

privacy, dignity, and confidentiality

of all patients.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
