Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and record patients' vital signs, progress, and responses to treatment. Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient records. Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies. Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-discharge care. Ensure infection control and patient safety practices are followed. Respond effectively to medical emergencies and perform basic life support (BLS) as needed. Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics at all times. Participate in training, continuous education, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (GNM / B.Sc. Nursing).

Registration:

Registered Nurse with [State/National Nursing Council].

Experience:

Fresher or experienced

(0-3 years preferred in hospital or clinical setting).

Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.

Skills:

Strong clinical and observation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented. Ability to work under pressure and in shifts (rotational).

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
