Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting in medical procedures. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with doctors and healthcare teams. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, reports, and documentation. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and health management. Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed. Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and assist in their professional development. Assist in emergency situations and perform critical care interventions when required. Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing / GNM / ANM). Registered Nurse (valid license with respective Nursing Council). Minimum 5 years of hands-on nursing experience in hospital or clinical settings. Strong knowledge of medical procedures, healthcare protocols, and patient care standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle stress and work effectively in emergency situations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
