Job Description

A premier Rehabilitation & Wellness Centre at Coimbatore requires Staff Nurses.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care & Monitoring

- Admission assessments, vitals, daily health monitoring, and observation of risk factors.

Medication Administration

- Administering oral, injectable, and depot medications, ensuring correct dosage, and monitoring compliance.

Medical Procedures & First Aid

- Wound dressing, IV therapy, nebulization, first aid, and emergency referrals.

Support for Medical Consultations

- Assisting doctors, updating case files, and communicating updates to the team.

Risk Management & Safety

- High-risk monitoring, observation protocols, and collaboration with security teams.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintaining vitals chart, drug chart, nursing notes, and proper handovers.

Infection Control & Hygiene

- Sterilization, cleanliness, and safe disposal of medical waste.

Client Education & Support

- Guiding clients on medication, diet, lifestyle, and providing emotional support.

Coordination with Other Departments

- Working with psychologists, counsellors, dietitians, and wellness staff.

Training & Development

- Participating in in-house training and staying updated with best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
