Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse in the IVF unit plays a critical role in providing specialized nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments. The nurse assists in procedures, educates patients, ensures compliance with treatment protocols, and maintains a safe and supportive environment. 1. Patient Care: Assist doctors during IVF procedures such as oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and IUI. Monitor patient vitals pre- and post-procedure. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients. Educate patients about medication administration and treatment protocols. 2. Clinical Duties: Administer fertility-related medications and injections as prescribed. Prepare and maintain sterile instruments and equipment for procedures. Assist in the collection and labeling of samples (semen, oocytes, blood). Coordinate and schedule patient visits and follow-ups. 3. Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Document patient interactions, procedures, and medication administration. Ensure confidentiality of patient information as per clinic policies. 4. Infection Control & Safety: Follow strict hygiene and sterilization protocols. Maintain cleanliness in procedure rooms and ensure safe disposal of medical waste. 5. Communication & Teamwork: Work closely with IVF specialists, embryologists, and administrative staff. Communicate effectively with patients and their families. Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous education programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
