Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Patient Care:

Providing bedside care, including bathing, feeding, and assisting with mobility.

Medication Administration:

Administering medications as prescribed by a physician and monitoring for any adverse reactions.

Patient Monitoring:

Regularly checking vital signs, observing patient conditions, and reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professional.

Patient Education:

Providing information about medications, treatment plans, and disease prevention to patients and their families.

Maintaining Patient Records:

Documenting patient care, including vital signs, medications, and observations, accurately and thoroughly.

Assisting with Procedures:

Helping with medical procedures, such as wound care, catheter insertion, and other tasks as directed by a registered nurse or physician.
