Job Description

Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders. Monitor patient condition and respond to changes promptly. Maintain accurate and complete documentation in patient records. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Assist in patient education and discharge planning. Ensure adherence to infection control and safety practices. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs. Support and mentor junior staff or nursing students as needed. Respond to emergencies and perform CPR or life-saving interventions when necessary.
