Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care based on clinical guidelines and doctor's instructions. Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and record vital signs accurately. Assist in procedures, wound dressing, and other nursing interventions. Maintain accurate and timely nursing records and reports. Coordinate with doctors, fellow nurses, and other staff for smooth patient management. Educate patients and family members on treatments, post-care, and discharge instructions. Ensure infection control and hygiene protocols are followed at all times. Respond promptly to emergency situations and follow escalation protocols. Maintain inventory and proper handling of medical supplies and equipment. Adhere to hospital policies, safety norms, and confidentiality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification from a recognized institution Registered with State Nursing Council Minimum [X months/years] of clinical experience preferred (freshers can also apply) Good communication skills and patient-friendly attitude Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night duty
