Job Responsibilities

:

Provide nursing services to employees in an industrial setting, ensuring their health and safety. Assist in emergency first aid and medical response. Monitor employee health through regular check-ups and reporting. Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as prescribed by a doctor. Assist with occupational health screenings and wellness programs. Maintain accurate health records for all employees. Conduct safety training sessions, emphasizing health and safety measures in the workplace. Coordinate with external medical services in case of emergencies. Manage work-related injuries, ensuring proper documentation and timely follow-ups. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

:

Education

: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institute.

Experience

: Minimum 1 year of experience as a staff nurse, preferably in an industrial or corporate setting.

Skills

: Ability to handle emergencies and provide first aid. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of industrial health & safety protocols. Compassionate, responsible, and proactive in patient care. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
