Key Responsibilities:

Treatment and Medication Administration:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor patients for adverse reactions to medications and treatments.
Patient Education and Support:
Provide patients and their families with education on their medical conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, assessments, and interventions.
Document all nursing interventions, medications administered, and patient responses to treatment.
Adhere to legal and ethical standards of patient confidentiality.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
Communicate important patient information and updates to relevant team members in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
B.sc Nursing/GNM
0-5 Years work experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
