Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care, including administering medications, wound management, and monitoring vital signs. Assist doctors during procedures and ensure smooth coordination with the medical team. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate and updated patient records in line with healthcare regulations. Act swiftly in emergencies, providing first aid and life-saving care as needed. Uphold a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment by adhering to infection control and safety protocols. Mentor junior nursing staff and contribute to a collaborative, team-based workplace culture.
Skills & Qualification:

Valid Nursing License (RN/LPN) with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or similar healthcare setting is preferred.

Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills.

Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in fast-paced medical settings.

Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and related healthcare software.
