We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

BSc Nursing graduate

with

1-3 years of hands-on experience in ICU and IP (Inpatient) ward

settings to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach to nursing care.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill and inpatient patients Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the medical team Administer medications and manage IVs as per doctor's instructions Assist in emergency procedures and manage life-saving equipment Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and hospital policies Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care Provide emotional support to patients and their families

Requirements:

B.Sc Nursing degree from a recognized institution Valid nursing registration with the relevant council 1-3 years of experience in ICU and/or Inpatient Ward Strong knowledge of critical care protocols and patient safety standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies
