Key Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to patients undergoing IVF, IUI, and related fertility procedures Assist doctors during OPD consultations, scans, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and minor procedures Prepare patients before procedures and monitor them after procedures Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed Educate and counsel patients about treatment procedures, medications, and post-procedure care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Ensure infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols are followed Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities to doctors immediately Support patients emotionally and maintain patient confidentiality Coordinate with lab staff, doctors, and other healthcare team members Maintain cleanliness and readiness of procedure rooms and equipment

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or B.Sc. in Nursing Valid Nursing Council Registration Experience in IVF / Gynecology / OT preferred (Freshers may apply) Knowledge of fertility treatments and procedures is an added advantage Good communication and patient counseling skills Ability to work in shifts and handle sensitive situations calmly
