Assist in the management of nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations for nursing personnel
Support the Nursing Supervisor in developing and implementing patient care policies and procedures that align with the organization's standards
Monitor patient care practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal protocols
Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Assist in addressing patient and family concerns, ensuring a responsive and compassionate approach to care.
10+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of nursing principles, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and influence others.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Certification in Nurse Leadership or Management
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data management systems
