2. Key Responsibilities
A. Patient Care
Provide direct nursing care based on patient needs and medical instructions.
Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration, SPO?).
Administer medications as prescribed (oral, IV, IM, SC, etc.).
Assist in procedures, dressing changes, catheterization, and wound care.
Maintain hygiene, comfort, and mobility of patients.

B. Clinical Responsibilities
Record and report changes in patient conditions.

C. Documentation & Reporting
