Job Description

Providing Basic Healthcare:

Administering first aid, treating minor injuries and illnesses, and assisting with the management of chronic conditions.

Health Assessments and Screenings:

Conducting regular health check-ups and screenings for employees, such as blood pressure checks, vision tests, and hearing tests

Health Education:

Providing health education to employees on topics like hygiene, ergonomics, and disease prevention.

Maintaining Medical Records:

Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of employee health information and treatment.

Managing Workplace Health Programs:

Implementing and managing workplace health programs, such as wellness initiatives, vaccination campaigns, and ergonomic assessments.

Ensuring Safety Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, including those related to hazardous materials and workplace safety protocols.

Emergency Response:

Responding to workplace emergencies, providing immediate care, and coordinating with emergency services as needed.

Qualifications : B.sc( Nursing ) , GNM , ANM

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, management, and other healthcare professionals.

Problem-solving Skills:

Ability to assess situations, identify problems, and implement appropriate solutions.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.
