Role Overview

Staff Nurses will be responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and professional nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care as per treatment plans and doctors' instructions Monitor patient condition and report changes to medical staff Administer medications and maintain accurate nursing records Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies Ensure infection control practices and patient safety standards Educate patients and attendants on care procedures and recovery

Requirements

Valid Kerala Nursing Council Registration Sound clinical knowledge and hands-on experience Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work in shifts
