Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Hair Transplant Surgeon during procedures, especially in

loading hair grafts into implanters or other instruments

. Maintain

sterility and precision

while handling grafts to ensure graft survival and optimal results. Prepare and arrange surgical instruments, graft trays, and consumables required for the procedure. Monitor patient vitals and provide patient care before, during, and after the procedure. Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient interactions. Ensure all infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed. Provide post-operative care instructions to patients. Coordinate with the clinical team for smooth operation flow. Assist in patient counseling and pre-op assessments, if required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

ANM/GNM/B.Sc. in Nursing

from a recognized institution. Valid Nursing Registration Certificate. Prior experience in

Hair Transplant procedures

(preferred but not mandatory - training can be provided). Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail. Ability to remain focused and efficient during long procedures. Good communication skills and a caring attitude toward patients. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
