Accurately maintain patient medical records and nursing notes.

4. Collaboration with Healthcare Team
Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare providers to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Participate in case discussions, care planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
Assist in managing and coordinating the patient's care plan in collaboration with other team members.
5. Infection Control & Safety
Follow strict infection control procedures to prevent the spread of infections.
Ensure proper sterilization of medical equipment and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Follow hospital protocols for handling biohazardous materials and waste.

Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies or patient distress.
Provide first aid and basic life support as necessary.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education:
Diploma/Bachelor's in Nursing (GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent).
Skills:
Excellent patient care and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle emergencies.
Knowledge of infection control practices and patient safety protocols.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently as required.
Certifications:
Valid nursing license in the country of practice.
