Provide direct patient care to critically ill neurological and neurosurgical patients (e.g., stroke, traumatic brain injury, intracranial hemorrhage, spinal cord injury, brain tumors, post-operative neurosurgery).
Perform continuous neurological assessments (e.g., GCS, pupillary response, motor and sensory checks) and promptly report changes.
Monitor and manage intracranial pressure (ICP), cerebral perfusion pressure (CPP), and other advanced neuro-monitoring devices as applicable.
Administer medications, including vasoactive drips, sedatives, antiepileptics, and thrombolytics, per protocol.
Operate and manage life-support equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and hemodynamic monitors.
Assist with and prepare patients for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures (CT, MRI, EEG, lumbar puncture, bedside procedures).
