About the Role

We are looking for a caring, responsible, and qualified

Staff Nurse

to join our dedicated nursing team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support doctors in medical procedures, and ensure the smooth running of daily ward and clinical activities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and professional standards. Monitor, record, and report patients' vital signs, conditions, and responses to treatment. Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians. Assist doctors during medical procedures and rounds. Maintain accurate and updated patient records and charts. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and infection control within the ward and patient areas. Educate patients and their families about care plans, medications, and post-discharge instructions. Support emergency and critical care situations as required. Participate in nursing audits, continuous education, and hospital training programs.

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)

or

B.Sc. Nursing

from a recognized institution. Must be registered with the

State Nursing Council

. Minimum

1-2 years of clinical experience

preferred (freshers may also apply). Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented hospital environment. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and night duties.
