Qualification:

DGNM or B.Sc Nursing Valid Tamil Nadu Nursing Council Registration

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on clinical experience in the respective department Exposure to hospital protocols and patient safety standards

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols Monitor patient vitals and clinical conditions regularly Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors Assist doctors during procedures and emergency situations Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation Ensure infection control, hygiene, and safety standards Educate patients and attenders regarding care and treatment Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff for effective patient care

Department-Specific Exposure:

OT:

Assisting surgeries, maintaining sterile environment, pre & post-operative care

Critical Care

: ICU patient monitoring, ventilator care, emergency response

NICU:

Newborn care, incubator handling, monitoring neonates

Wards:

General patient care, medication administration, discharge procedures

Skills Required:

Strong clinical and observational skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure situations Compassionate and patient-focused approach
