Job Description

Patient Care:

Provide direct nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities.

Clinical Assessment:

Observe, assess, and record patients' conditions, reporting significant changes to physicians or senior nurses.

Treatment & Procedures:

Administer prescribed medications, dress wounds, collect specimens, and assist in medical procedures.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment plans, and nursing notes.

Health Education:

Educate patients and families on health management, recovery plans, and preventive care.

Infection Control & Safety:

Adhere to infection prevention, hygiene, and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe healthcare environment.

Collaboration:

Work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide holistic patient care.

Emergency Response:

Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate nursing interventions.
