Provide quality nursing care to all patients.
Monitor and record patient vitals and clinical condition.
Administer medicines, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and treatments.
Maintain patient files, charts, and documentation accurately.
Follow infection control, aseptic techniques, and safety protocols.
Collect samples (blood/urine/etc.) and send to laboratory.
Operate and maintain medical equipment properly.
Communicate patient progress to doctors and family members.
Respond to emergencies and assist during CPR/Code Blue.
Support patients with education, counseling, and discharge instructions.
