Job Summary



The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, assisting doctors in medical procedures, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring patient safety and comfort in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities



1:-

Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.

2:-

Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration) and record observations accurately.

3:-

Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors.

4:-

Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures.

5:-

Maintain patient hygiene, comfort, and safety at all times.

6:-

Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and procedures.

7:-

Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and reports.

8:-

Follow infection control protocols and ensure a clean and safe environment.

9:-

Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and post-treatment care.

10:-

Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid or life-saving care.

11:-

Coordinate with doctors, lab technicians, and other healthcare staff.

12:-

Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.

13:-

Adhere to hospital rules, policies, and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Requirements



Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing.

Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.

Freshers or experienced candidates may apply (as per hospital requirement).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compassionate, patient-focused, and responsible attitude.

Working Conditions

:- Negotiable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
