Job Description

Assist ophthalmologists in preparing patients for eye surgeries. Provide post-operative care, monitor recovery, and educate patients on aftercare. Support doctors during OPD consultations, diagnostic tests, and minor procedures. Maintain aseptic techniques and ensure proper handling of ophthalmic instruments. Record vital signs, maintain patient charts, and ensure accurate documentation. Administer prescribed medications and eye drops as per the doctor's instructions. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain cleanliness in wards and procedure rooms. Ensure sterilization of instruments and availability of medical supplies. Guide patients on medication usage, post-surgery precautions, and follow-up schedules. Provide emotional support and maintain patient comfort and dignity.
