QUALIFICATION:

Preferably B.SC(N)/GNM/Post B.sc(N).

EXPERIENCE:

Having minimum 1-2years experience in patient care management in hospital.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

v Maintain discipline and silence at duty place and arrive for duty in time during duty hours remains present at your duty place.

v She will fulfill all basic needs (hygienic need, nutritional need etc) of the patients.

v Ensure that nursing procedures are carried out in accordance with vh protocol and guidelines and these procedures are evidence based.

v Ensure availability of drugs and equipment's required for each patient in time. Duty sister most know who is the consultant doctor & on call doctor for emergencies.

v Attend to each patient every hour and share few words with his/her condition and measure vitals and record to same in the nursing chart.
