Responsibilities:

Assessing patients' health conditions and creating individualized care plans Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitoring vital signs and documenting patient progress Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records Adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and safe environment Responding to emergencies and providing immediate medical attention
