Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to paediatric and neonatal patients
Assist doctors during examinations and procedures
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and maintain patient records
Ensure infection control practices are followed
Support parents and caregivers with necessary guidance
Coordinate with the medical team to ensure smooth patient care
Qualifications
GNM or BSc Nursing
Kerala Nursing Council Registration (mandatory)
Experience in paediatrics/neonatology is an advantage, but freshers may also apply
Skills Required
Good communication and patient-handling skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong clinical and observation skills
