Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill newborns in the NICU.
Monitor and record vital signs and medical information for NICU patients.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by neonatologists.
Assist in the implementation of care plans and treatment procedures.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain a clean and safe environment in the NICU.
Provide support and education to the families of NICU patients.
