Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. New born Care.

2.Provide high-quality nursing care for premature and critically ill newborns.

3.Monitor vital signs, oxygen saturation, temperature, and feeding patterns.

4.Administer medications as prescribed by pediatric/neonatal doctors.

5.Assist in resuscitation & emergency procedures when required.

NICU Procedures

Handle incubators, warmers, ventilators, syringe pumps, CPAP, monitors

Maintain infection control practices strictly

Assist doctors during rounds, procedures & emergencies

Manage IV lines, NG tubes, phototherapy, and neonatal assessments

Candidate Requirements

GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing

Valid Nursing Council Registration (mandatory)

NICU experience 1 year preferred (training will be provided for freshers)

Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Compassionate and patient-friendly attitude
