We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated
Staff Nurse
to join our healthcare team at
Siddhartha Nursing Home, Global Fertility Innovations
. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality direct patient care, coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to implement care plans, and offer emotional support to patients and their families. You will play a critical role in ensuring patient safety and maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Care & Assessment
Conduct physical assessments and health history interviews upon patient admission.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information with high accuracy.
Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Observe patient reactions to medications and treatments, reporting any adverse reactions immediately.
Assist in medical procedures as required (e.g., wound care, catheterization, dressing changes).
2. Care Planning & Education
Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on disease management, post-discharge care, medication schedules, and health promotion.
Prepare patients for examinations and treatments, ensuring they understand the procedures.
3. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Adhere to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards (e.g., sterilization, waste disposal).
Participate in shift handovers to ensure continuity of care.
4. Team Collaboration
Supervise and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed.
Communicate effectively with physicians, specialists, and other staff to advocate for patient needs.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and participate in Code Blue situations if required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.

Strong understanding of nursing principles, pharmacology, and medical terminology.
Critical Thinking:
Ability to assess complex situations quickly and make sound clinical decisions under pressure.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and staff.

A patient-centered approach with the ability to provide emotional support during difficult times.
Stamina:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift or move patients when necessary.
