Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care as per physician's instructions and established nursing procedures.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
Assist doctors during examinations and treatments.
Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of medical equipment.
Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and health maintenance.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards.
