Provide direct nursing care to patients as per doctor's orders
Monitor vital signs and patient condition regularly
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and blood products safely
Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies
Maintain accurate nursing notes and patient records
Ensure infection control practices and patient safety
Educate patients and relatives about treatment and care
Coordinate with doctors, RMOs, and other nursing staff
Maintain cleanliness of ward/ICU and medical equipment
Follow hospital policies, protocols, and ethical standards
Handle patients and relatives politely with professional behavior
