Blood collection

Patient assessment and preparation:

Taking patient medical history, including allergies and relevant medical conditions. Verifying patient identification and explaining the CT scan procedure in detail. Obtaining informed consent for the procedure. Checking for NPO (nothing by mouth) status if required for the scan. Assessing patient anxiety and providing appropriate support.

Contrast media administration:

Administering contrast media as directed by the radiologist, monitoring for potential allergic reactions. Explaining the sensation of contrast injection and managing any adverse reactions.

Patient positioning and scan execution:

Assisting the CT technologist in positioning the patient on the CT scan table to ensure optimal image quality. Communicating with the patient during the scan to maintain stillness and minimize movement artifacts. Monitoring patient vitals during the procedure.

Post-procedure care:

Monitoring patients for any post-contrast reactions. Providing instructions for post-scan care, including hydration and dietary guidelines. Communicating scan results to the radiologist and documenting relevant information in the patient's medical record.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

Nursing: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred)
