Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitor, record, and report changes in patients' condition to the appropriate medical personnel. Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation of patient care. Assist physicians during examinations and procedures. Ensure infection control and safety practices are followed at all times. Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care. Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic patient care. Manage and maintain medical equipment and supplies in the assigned area. Participate in continuing education, training, and quality improvement initiatives. Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of nursing practice.
