Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining patient records.
Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and health management.
Maintain hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols within the ward/clinic.
Handle medical equipment and ensure proper usage.
Support in emergency situations and perform first aid when necessary.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care.
Qualifications & Skills:
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid Nursing Council Registration (State/National).
Proven experience as a Staff Nurse (preferred, but freshers can also apply).
Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
