Key Responsibilities
Provide bedside care, monitor patient conditions, and record observations accurately.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other prescribed treatments.
Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergency situations.
Maintain patient records, reports, and documentation as per hospital policy.
Ensure infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols are strictly followed.
Support patients and families with information, counseling, and reassurance.
Manage pre- and post-operative care for patients.
Handle medical equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
Participate in training, skill development, and continuous nursing education.

Qualifications & Skills
B.Sc Nursing / GNM with valid Nursing Registration (MNC preferred).
0-5 years of clinical experience (freshers may also apply).
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care, and hospital protocols.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency cases.
Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude toward patient care.
