Job Description

The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting doctors, and ensuring patient safety and comfort while following hospital policies and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Monitor patient vital signs and medical conditions Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Assist doctors during examinations and procedures Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation Provide pre- and post-operative nursing care Educate patients and families about health and treatment plans Ensure infection control and patient safety standards Respond to medical emergencies promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursing area
Requirements & Qualifications:

Diploma or BSc in Nursing Proven experience as a Staff Nurse (preferred) Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in shifts Compassionate and patient-focused approach
Skills Required:

Clinical and patient care skills Time management and multitasking Teamwork and coordination Basic computer and documentation skills
