1. Patient Care:

Provide direct nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.

2. Clinical Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate patient records, follow doctors' instructions, and assist during medical procedures.

3. Safety & Hygiene:

Ensure infection control practices, maintain cleanliness, and use medical equipment safely.

4. Communication:

Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and family members about treatment plans and patient progress.

5. Emergency Handling:

Respond quickly to emergency situations and provide first aid or life-support care when needed.

6. Team Coordination:

Work collaboratively with healthcare staff to ensure smooth operations and quality patient care.
