Staff Nurse
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:1. Receive the information from IP billing department2. Take care of all the requirements of the particular ward3. Get the patient's bed ready4. Receive the patient for admission5. Check the TPR(Temperature, Pulse & Respiration) & BP of patient and update EMR6. Check the Doctors order/instructions7. Making necessary arrangements for ordered investigations, special consultations. Nurses should be informing consultant doctors.8. Counseling the patients9. Identify and recording patient's response to medication when necessary10. Accompanying the Physician during ward rounds11. Check the medicine taken by the patient at pre-operative stage12. Frequent monitoring of the patient's condition and updating EMR13. Check the post operative BP & TPR and inform anesthetist14. Give post-operative instructions to the patients at time of discharge15. Shifting of patient from Recovery ICU to Ward16. Take the patient's X-rays and other scans as per EMR17. Following the sterile techniques procedures18. Providing wheel chair to the vulnerable patients in case of necessity19. Arranging dressing materials for autoclaving purpose20. Ensuring emergency trolley/crash cart is available at all timesJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From ?27,000.00 per monthSchedule:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
