Valid Kerala Nursing Council (KNC) registration

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care as per hospital protocols
Administer medications and monitor patient conditions
Assist doctors during rounds and procedures
Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation
Ensure infection control and patient safety standards
Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities promptly
Educate patients and attendants on care procedures
Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Adhere to NABH guidelines and hospital policies
Skills
Strong clinical and patient-care skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
