Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as per medical orders
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments safely
Monitor vital signs and observe changes in patient condition
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and minor surgeries
Maintain accurate nursing records, charts, and reports
Ensure infection control, sterilization, and patient safety protocols
Provide emotional support and basic health education to patients and families
Prepare and maintain wards, equipment, and emergency supplies
Follow hospital policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality guidelines
